Domestic (USA): Standard shipping usually takes 1-2 weeks after order is processed. However, things can take a bit longer during this unprecedented time. We appreciate your grace and patience.
International: Currently international shipping is not available.
Order Tracking: We'll send you a shipment tracking number by email as soon as it is available. It may take 1-2 business days for the package status to update once it is handed off to the postal carrier.
Delivery Claims: Once an item has been marked delivered by the postal carrier, WORD! is not responsible if it is lost or stolen.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Since products are made to order, we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES NOR REFUNDS. This includes requests for cancelled orders, requests for refunds shall be denied unfortunately. If an order is sent back, for ANY REASON, including inputting the incorrect address or size, you shall be responsible and cover the shipping cost to resent out. In the event of a promotion or sale and you have already paid full price, unfortunately no refunds or price adjustments shall be made.
If you received a defective item, we'll happily replace it. Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size. Digital products will not be refunded. Please contact us at email@example.com for further information.
